We offer refunds or replacements for:

• Incorrect items received
• Damaged or defective products
• Printing issues or manufacturing defects

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the item if applicable

Because each Temple North product is made to order, we do not offer refunds for:

• Incorrect sizing selections
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Normal wear and tear

We encourage customers to review sizing information carefully before purchasing.
